Buyer
Before you purchase your installation, the buyer will need to agree to the following:
You understand and acknowledge that we are solely acting as an agent to match your order to installers in your area. We do not make any representations or warranties as to any individual installer and the quality of their workmanship. Please refer to the rating and feedback of each individual installer when hiring one to complete the work required.
Installer
Before being added to our list of available installers, the installer will need to agree to the following:
You understand and acknowledge that we are solely acting as an agent to match you as an installer to orders from customers in your area. You agree to provide your work in a first class professional manner on a punctual and efficient basis. You agree to deduct and remit all necessary taxes and deductions required by the law in your jurisdiction. You agree to obtain all necessary insurance coverage to undertake the work and to maintain and pay all required workers compensation. You agree to indemnify us, our shareholders, directors, officers, employees and successor and assigns for any damages, costs or penalties incurred by any of us, directly or indirectly, for any breach of any of the representations and warranties contained herein.
