Refund Policies
Products
Note that there are no refunds on any products. Faulty material that is covered by a manufacturer's warranty will be replaced within the greater of 30 business days from receipt of faulty materials and the manufacturer's period to replace faulty material. There will be no returns accepted after 2008-12-25.
Services
Any applications to our company for full or partial refunds must follow the following procedure:
- Initially the customer must contact the installer directly if there are any deficiencies on the services provided.
- The customer and the installer must show that they have attempted to resolve the dispute prior to applying to our company to make a determination on the dispute.
- The dispute will be resolved by a single arbitrator after taking into account written and photographic submissions for both the customer and the installer.
- The arbitrator will have the right to contact the customer and the installer to collect further information.
- The decision of the single arbitrator will be final and binding on both the customer and the installer.
